Why is there no cure for cancer? If there is then why not release to the public? What else could there be?

A cure for cancer, HIV/ADS, and other disease would bankrupt the medical society. It would put millions out of business abd jobs. Not only that but with the government not receiving moneys from the masses medical bills would hurt them. Of course, they do not like losing money. This is what I believe. Just like if they were to end all war that would bankrupt the military. Remember war brings money. I just think about things and believe that it is our duty to know and we should change the way things are. We are the people and we have a right in everything. Without us there is a government. I am not anti-government. I am simply stating how I feel. I just believe when you sit and think the pieces of the puzzled start to come together.
There is a lot more to it than we think that us going on. If some would only open their eyes to the truth and never say," I government would never do that, or they can't ", well think again. You are dead wrong.  Did you know we were put up for collateral? Well, that is another story fir another time. Tell me your opinion and what do you think?
